Polar

Hi Everyone,

While creating my card for today, the temperature here in Australia is hot (37degrees), so I thought I would cool my mind with 'Polar' from Lili of the Valley (LOTV).

Ingredients

Background:  Distress Oxide (Salty Ocean), Acrylic Paint

Other:  Glossy Accents, Frosting Powder
