Little Leaf

Hi Everyone,

I was out crafting the other night and coloured this image and was thinking it needed a 'Thinking of you' sentiment.

The next morning I woke to hear that a friend was ill and was stuck overseas and could't fly home.  I immediately thought of the card I had coloured the night before and wanted to pop 'Get well soon' onto it and text her a pic.  Which is what I did.

It will now go in the post too her and hopefully be there when she arrives home.

Toadstools

Hi Everyone,

Well the boys are now back at school.

While it is lovely for the quiet days, this term has already raised a lot of issues my little one has at school.  He used to love school but now only goes 'because he has too'.  It is just heartbreaking.

I am hoping this weekend he can relax and that next week is better for him.

So for this card, I created the background earlier in the week waiting for my new Gorjuss stamps to arrive.

So yesterday, I could not wait any longer as I needed to get it done and just as I finished, my new stamps arrived.  Isn't that always the way, lol.

Guardian Angel

Hi Everyone,

Where did the week go?

I have had a lot of appointments for my youngest Son and life has been hectic.

But hopefully it is all over now and we have everything sorted.

I am so grateful that I was able to go away last weekend on a craft retreat.

I had the most amazing time and met some wonderful people.

I did manage to get 10 cards done and one decorative envelope completed.
