Crossing Guard

Hi Everyone,

For today's card I have used an image from Gerda Steiner Designs.
This is a free image, so pop on over to the store and grab it.  You never know what other sweet images and stamps you will find while you are there.

Here in Australia, the Crossing Guard is used at schools to help the kids across busy roads. I have tried to recreate the crossing that we call a 'zebra crossing'.

Ingredients
Image:  Crossing Guard
Medium:  Copic Markers
Sentiment:  Included in image set

Method:

The base card is white card stock 14x10cm.

The image has been printed onto Copic X-Press It Blending card and coloured with Copic Markers.  Fussy Cut and set aside.

Cut a piece of black card 14x9cm and adhere to base card.

Cut 5 strips of white card 1x9cm (one of these strips will be the sentiment).  Adhere to base card leaving a 1cm space between each.

Adhere coloured image to base card using foam tape.

Until next time
Melissa
