Long Stem Flowers - Stamptember Simon Says Stamp & Paper Rose Collaboration 2020

 Hi Everyone,

I am super excited to be part of the Paper Rose and Simon Says Stamp Collaboration for the Simon Says Stamp Stamptember 2020.

This stamp set is just amazing.  It is a large Poppy Set designed by Kasia from Paper Rose.

Ingredients

Stamp Set:  Long Stem Flowers

Medium:  Copic Markers

(R08, R05, R22, R21, YG63, YG17, YG13)

Sentiment: #19289 Black & White Sentiment Sheets

Background:  #19351 Halftone Hearts Stencil

Die: #16679 Stitched Rectangle Frames

Card Stock:  X-Press It Blending Card

Ink:  #18834 Hybrid Black Ink

Other:  Anna Griffin Texture Paste, Spatula

Method

• Using the Hybrid Black Ink, Stamp Poppies, Stems and Leaves onto X-Press It Blending Card.  Colour with Copic Markers & Fussy cut around each.  Set aside.
• For the background, Apply Texture paste through the stencil onto a piece of white card.  Allow to dry.
• From white card, cut 2 of the largest rectangle frames.  Adhere one too the background piece of card.  Trim to size.
• Adhere Poppies, stems and leaves to the background piece. Don't worry if these overlap the frame.
• Adhere the last rectangle frame, this will cover any stems that are overlapping the last frame.
• Trim sentiment.  Draw a thin border around the edge and adhere to card using foam tape.

Hi Everyone,

From the moment I saw this stamp I just loved it and its potential.

The inspiration from the SSS design team was amazing, so this past weekend, I got colouring and just couldn't stop.

Hi Everyone,

I just love this Snowman Image from Sassy Cheryl (Link below).

We definitely do not get snow here in Australia for Christmas, however I still love the images.  This images can also be used as a Winter image.

In my mind, it helps to cool our hot summer down.
