Centre Step Card

Hi Everyone,

Boy does time fly.  It only seems like yesterday that I was here doing a post for The CuttingEdge Magazine.

Well I am back with another card I have made using my Silhouette Cameo Electronic Machine.

It has helped to keep my enthused to create by cutting a few extra card bases at a time.

Then all I have to do is colour and image and assemble the card.... EASY!!!

Here is a card I have created using the 'Centre Step Card' available in Silhouette Studio.

The file was only $0.99, bargin.

Of course I have used my copics to colour the image:

Dragon

Hi Everyone,

Last weekend I had the pleasure of attending another stamp camp in the Hunter Valley.

I went to the camp with no expectations of how many cards I would make over the weekend.

I was proud of my efforts by the end of the weekend by making 8 finished cards and colouring a further 2 images.

Just wanted to share a card I made for the Cutting Edge Magazine Facebook page.

For this card I have used the 'Heart Polaroid Frame' from Silhouette Studio online store.

I have changed the size of the file and also put a kiss cut line around the edge as 'faux' stitching.

Hi Everyone,

This is my first post for my new position on the CuttingEdge Magazine Creative Team.

 

 You will find new inspiration every day over on the Facebook Page but you can also purchase a subscription of the bi-monthly magazine.  It is not expensive but is certainly well worth the money.

I have used my Silhouette Cameo to cut the Circle Background
(Album Cardset, Design # 35515) and also a print and cut around the digital image.

Acetate (7 1/2" x 5 3/4" folded in half) for the base of card
Orange card for insert (5 1/2" x 3 1/2")

Circle Overlay (Same size as orange insert)
Digital Image - Saturated Canary, coloured with Copic Markers and mounted with dimension tape.
Embellish with Flowers, Leaves, pin and Resin Butterfly
