Hi Everyone,
I am loving Chibi lights at the moment and thought I would light up another card.
Chibi lights are made so much easier using the Power Packs from Pear Blossom Press.
For this card I have used an image from Star Jam Lines.
Ingredients
Medium: Copic Markers
(E04, E11, E21, E00, E000. R20, B29, B28, B26, FB2, V17, V15, V12)
Background: Cloud Stencil, Catherine Pooler Ink, Something Borrowed
Lights: Chibitronics, Power Pack
Other: Liquid Pixie Dust, Glossy Accents
