Chibitronics Dandelion Wishes

 Hi Everyone,

It is my turn to share my card on the Chibitronics Instagram page.

This is a step by step of how this card has been constructed.

1. Create card front

To create this card front, I have coloured the background using a Distress Oxide (Salty Ocean) & Catherine Pooler Ink (Lime Rickety).

The images have been stamped onto X-Press It Blending Card and coloured using Copic Markers.  They have been fussy cut leaving a small white border.

2. Create base and circuit

I have created a battery holder so the battery is replaceable.

This circuit will work by pressing the tape down onto the battery.

I have used foam tape create a layer for the LED Stickers and battery.

3.  Time to light up the card

Electronics:  Chibitronics White LED Stickers & Conductive Fabric Tape

Medium:  Copic Markers

Dies: Slimline Stitched Rectangles & Slimline Grassy Hillside Borders

Slimline Magnolia

 Hi Everyone,

For today's card I have used stamps and dies from Paper Rose.

Ingredients

Stamp Set:  #18186 Lovely Florals - Magnolia

Dies:  #20868 Nesting Slimline Stitched Rectangles

Sentiment:  #21159 HB2U

Medium:  Copic Markers

(BV04, BV13, BV02, BV01, YR2, YR24, YR23, E47, E44, E43, G05, YG07, YG05)

Card Stock:  X-Press It Blending Card, White Card

Ink: #19769 Premium Black

Method:

• Base Card: From white card, cut the largest 'Nested rectangle'. Set aside.
• Cut the third largest 'nested rectangle slimline' and 'HB2U' from X-Press It Blending Card.  Adhere this to white card using double sided adhesive and trim to size.
• Stamp 'Magnolia's' with Black Ink.  Colour with Copic Markers.
• Adhere stamped card to base card using foam card.
• Cut 2 sets of 'HB2U' from X-Press It Blending Card.  Colour one with a purple Copic Marker.  Adhere this to the card.  Then adhere the other white 'HB2U' to the card. (This will allow a small purple edge to come through).

Method

• Stamp 'Daisy Bouquet' onto X-Press It Blending Card with Fadeout Ink and colour with Copic Markers.  Fussy Cut leaving a small white border.  Apply Glossy Accents & Clear Microbeads to the centres of the flowers.  Allow to dry.
• Base Card: Cut 'Card Creator 2 Circles' from white card.  Adhere to another piece of white card using foam tape.  Trim to size.  
• Stamp sentiment from stamp set using Premium Black ink.
• Cut 'Thanks from both white and black card as shown.  Layer and adhere to card.
• Adhere coloured flowers to card.
• Adhere Tiny Domes to card using Liquid Glue.
