It has been such a hot day here in the Blue Mountains, so it was a great excuse to sit and colour.

I decided to colour a new stamp which just so happens to be a Christmas stamp.

This card is the first for this season (maybe I should colour more & quickly, lol)

Chasing Butterflies

Hi Everyone,

Over at the Handmade Halo Facebook Page there is a 'non-competitve' challenge taking place from now until Friday 30th November, it is titled

Scrap War - Create Peace - Mojovation Challenge.

There are some great colour combinations and sketches to inspire you.

This challenge is inspired by Halo's DT member, Irit Shalom, from Israel who is still crafting away whilst a millennia old war rages a mere 10kms away from her home.

Washi Washi Washi

Hi Everyone

I don't have a card to share with you today.  Instead I want to share my new Washi Tape holder.

My wonderful hubby made it for me and since putting it into place on my craft desk I have been using the tape as it can now be seen and easily accessed.

Here it is:

I found that the tapes are distorted on the rolls so I decided to make a 'Washi Swatch' so I could see them better.

I placed as strip of washi on  white card.

Well I am off to create and hopefully use more of these wonderful washi tapes.
