Today is the start of a new challenge over at the Totally Gorjuss Challenge Blog.
The theme for this week is 'Special Celebration'.
In October last year the small community where I live was rocked by a massive bushfire that destroyed 193 homes and damaged a lot more.
Rebuilding has commenced for some, however others feel it is too much to come back. I totally understand their decisions as it has been terribly hard for us to stay here.
The card I have made for this 'special celebration' theme is for my neighbour.
Unfortunately they were not one of the 'lucky' ones on the day and lost their home. However, they have been rebuilding and are due to return 'home' in the next few weeks.
